Hi Laurie!
I’m very happy to report that my stamping went great!
After a little warm up (stamping empty boxes) I used my stamp a bit more confidently.
Since it was significantly faster than stenciling, I’m very, VERY happy with the results!
I used a pale grey flat paint for the background, and a slightly lighter grey paint in semi-gloss for the stamp. It looks beautiful!
To be honest, it took me quite a while of searching around the web. I started looking at stencils, but I wasn’t too thrilled about the amount of time it requires (I have a 1yr old, so not much free time), and then I looked at the embossed paint rollers, but I didn’t find a design I liked enough to buy.
Etsy’s recommended products (when you log in) was what got me to your store/stamp. I watched the “how to” video, and since you ship to Puerto Rico- voilà!
The designs you have are very elegant, so being able to do my work in little over an hour was a huge plus!
